It's gotta be Forge. For goddsake, his mutant power is to create technology. In other words, he's super-human at it. That means he's better than Reed Richards, Tony Stark , Lex Luther, Ray Palmer, Batman, or any other human tech geek. (Even though they're obviously all excellent device makers.) That still doesn't knock out Braniac, though, since his knowledge is so immense and obviously beyond human level. However, knowledge and is not the same thing as creativity. In other words, Brainiac has far greater knowledge of things that already exist than any human does, but his ability to create new things is not as strong as Forge's. This is evidenced by Brainiac's behavior. He doesn't create new devices very often in his attempts to codify and then destory the earth. Forge, on the other hand, constantly develops new things in his work. Therefore, I think Forge would win this contest hands down.

Washu Hakubi, 20,000 year old supergenius and semi-goddess who founded a very exclusive university (that's the size of a whole star system) in the Tenchi Muyo! OVA universe. Best-known achievements include Ryo-ohki, a spaceship that can also turn into a small furry animal somewhere between a cat and a rabbit, Ryoko, her "daughter," a woman cloned from Washu's egg cells and an alien lifeform known as "masu," the Soja, an extremely powerful battleship, and the ability to somehow appear no more than twelve years old despite being 20,000 years in age.

What about Tony Stark?

I'm going w/ Stark, b/c he made money from his work.

Richards- always getting into trouble, discovering the Negative Zone or some such.

Braniac- Geesh, create an android female and calm down, will ya!

Forge- I hated the way he was drawn. Always reminded of of a hairdresser. What would Storm see in him?

Probably Reed Richards. He can probably build it fastest with stretchy arms, and he can write on chalkboards for his plans that are like 10 feet away, so he can have workspace AND building space.

difficulty with wood is they do no longer keep the CO2 long adequate. The tree takes CO2 from the air, separates it into C and O, releases the O into the air and is composed of the C into its wood. Later, possibly 1000's, yet no longer 1000's, of years, while the tree dies of old age, the wood rots and the C combines with O from the air and releases CO2 lower back into the air. For everlasting removal you like some thing greater like coral, which makes the CO2 into limestone which keeps the CO2 trapped for thousands and thousands of years.

They have very different ways of doing their jobs.

Forge is very good at coming up with things on the spot, but Lex Luthor is faster when it comes to coming to hypotethical theories on how to build such and such.

None of the above. Lex Luthor. He can even make Superman have a bad day.
