i cant stop listening to snow patrols album " eyes open",i think its the best music ive heard for some time in the morden era.what are your views on the group and the album?just one final thing the song set the fire to the third bar is one of the best songs on the album,and i really like that one.

yup i agree chasing cars is up there with my all time great songs although final straw was just as good tracks like "somewhere a clock is ticking" and "run" are easily as good as the tracks off eyes open also "hands open" has gotta be the next single.

I think when you've heard a few "classic" albums, you may be embarrassed that you ever asked that question! It's not a bad album, mind - it's just not an all-time great. But then I guess we all have favourite albums that would never make it onto any list (eg I still love Lloyd Cole's Rattlesnakes, 20 years on!)

i never really listened to snow patrol before i got the album eyes open and now i listen to it nearly every day. fantastic album!!!!!!!!!!!

Me I am loving it too and hve played it to death, also love The Doves, though and Keane, but The Doves haven't brought anything out for a while, but Snowden is still one of my all time fave tracks of all time.
