I weigh 115 and that is the most i have weighed. I eat alot. I have worked out plenty, made me real strong and defined but never put weight on. Could do record amount of pull-ups and could bench 150-160 but no weight gain. I have always ate lots of proteins. Even tried not being active and eatin lots. Tried weight gaining shakes which did nothing. Ate lots of bannanas for their benefits, made milkshakes outta them. I just cant retain fat. Very low body fat percentage. Have been screened for thyroid problems and nothing. Asked doctors for help and they just told me i have a high metabolism and am healthy. Is there any way to slow my metabolism. I think i burn most of my nutrients in my over-active brain. Anyone help?

yes, i have used creatine. And i have a beautiful woman. Beer does not seem to give me a beer belly.
