someone hacked my yahoo ID with my personal details, how can I close that account if they change the personal information?

If they changed it then there's nothing you can do. That's the hazards of the internet. You're just going to have to set up a new one.. with better security.. and start telling people about your new addy,

You can't get to your account *IF* they changed your passoword and you DON'T know it.
