Bankruptcy...does anyone know if you are put on disability?

and you are then forced to file BK, what are you suppose to claim as income - is it an average, or actual at the time of filing?

I was put on disability because I have lupus, I work in IT and I am unable to do my job. My salary for the past 8 years is 3 times more than I get on disability. My Dr. put me on disability. This is a last resort for me.

There are two types chapter 7 and 11 for most people. You must file the actual income.

I would think your income at the time you file. Why would you be put on disability? Only a doctor can say you have a disabling condition.
