i don't have enough sex ed, okay so if a guy rubbed his penis lightly on a girl's vagina over clothes but the penis didn't enter the vagina, then they didn't do sex right? If a guy & girl kisses on lips, if the guy sucks the girl's face & neck, its not oral sex is it? What is exactly oral sex?

sex is when the guy actually put his thingy INSIDE ur thingy!! oral sex is when a guy or a girl go down on there partner to pleasure them.. like a guy would lick the girl's vigina and the girl would suc on the guys thingy!! kissing on the neck or sucking on the neck really doesn't mean anything! kissing to me is like showing alot of feelings without having sex. and that's what i perfer to do

In order to have sex, the penis has to enter ur body whethers its ur vagina mouth or bum. If u kiss it is not considered oral sex. Oral sex is when u suck a penis. so if u havent sucked a penis or let one in ur vagina or bum. ur still a virgin.

Go ask your mother. Don't be shy to talk to your parents about anything. Even if they do freak out about something they ask, it's no because they're mad or ashamed at you it's because they're shy to talk to you about certain things as well. Go talk to your mom.
