I think the mistake was made when you swung the baseball bat at the cops and actually struck several of them...of course the guy with the video camera didn't catch that part...lucky you.

Yes, it was wrong to do that. People make mistakes in life, but you resisted arrest, which can get you in a lot of trouble. If you were all cracked out, you probably didn't know hat you were doing. If you talk to a judge when you go to court, I assume you can asked to be sent to a drug rehab program. You can explain that you have an addiction and you are a nice guy when you're not on drugs. I have seen these type of cases before. The judge can't deny you from entering rehab. He could possibly also order you to do some community service. The situation shouldn't be as bad if it is your first time getting arrested, and if you apologize to that particular officer that arrested you, it could make thesituation a little better for you. Unfortunately, I don't know the whole situation, so I can't help you any more than this. Hope that this helps, and good luck with the situation!

wrong on two counts first to high then to drive really stupid to speed on top and to resist arrest not to bright.
