No way, acne scar need chemical peel. Do not scrub your face with acne around, you are worsening the condition. Do not use harsh and drying agent (contain alcohol) to clean your face because it will dehydrate your tender skin and cause premature lines and wrinkle which is even worst. Use a pH balance cleanser to wash your face twice a day only, do not overwash it. If your case is severe, you need a certified doctor to prescribe some anitbiotics for you.

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.
Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

Don't go spending money on products like proactive. I tried it and it didn't do a thing for me. My acne simply went away on its own when i started to work out more and drink a lot of water. Just buy something to wash you face with and drink more water....helped me!

it all depends on your skin type. no 2 people will have the exact skin type, that's why some products works for some and not for others.
go to a dermatologist. they will cost cheaper than those facial salons. i have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on facial salons treatment and nothing gives me a permanent result.
i have tried countless of off-the-counter products and none of them works at all. Neutrogena, Proactive, Clearasil, Clinique, Clean&Clear and lots more. Personally i have regretted all of it. If i had just gone to the dermatologist, i would have saved thousands of dollars.
I really hope this helps. The best is to go to the doctor. Period.

A number of things contribute to the formation of pimples. The main factor is the abnormal flaking of cells inside a hair follicle, which leads to the formation of a plug. This plug can grow and even rupture the hair follicle. A ruptured hair follicle dumps its load of oil and debris into the skin, which leads to swelling, redness and pimples.
acne/pimple remedies given below are based on herbs and natural ingredients that treat your acne like magic and help improve the skin disorders.
1. Grind nutmeg with unboiled milk and apply on affected area. This works as a magic. Pimples should disappear without leaving a mark.
2. Make a paste by mixing 3 tablespoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Apply this paste on the pimples before sleeping and wash it next morning with warm water. Repeat for two weeks, pimples will disappear forever.
3. Apply a mixture of 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder.
4. Make orange peel paste by grinding it in some water. Apply on and around pimples.
5. Rub fresh garlic on and around pimples. Pimples will disappear without a mark with regular applications.
6. Mix 1 tablespoon groundnut oil with 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice to prevent formation of blackheads and pimples.
7. Apply fresh mint juice over the face every night for the treatment of pimples, insect stings, eczema, scabies, & other skin infections.
8. Apply a paste of fresh fenugreek leaves over the face every night for 10-15 minutes and washed with warm water. This will prevent pimples, blackheads, and wrinkles.
9. Apply juice of raw papaya (including the skin and seed) on swelling pimples.
10. Apply fresh lime juice mixed to a glass of boiled milk as a face wash for pimples.
11. Mix lime juice and rose water in equal portions. Apply on affected area. Wash it off after 20-30 minutes with lukewarm water.
12. Apply ripe tomatoes pulp on pimples and kept up to 1 hour, then wash.
hope these help :)
