Don't get fat...don't get pregnant.
Keep your skin moisturized will help it be more elastic...at some point if you stretch it beyond what it can handle though, it will leave a mark...

i heard that sport make that less and some firming creem would help try firming oil from clarins then wash with cold water. it help me with sport a little. still you can find many other product in the pharmacy for this

I used vitamin E capsules, I would break them open and rub on my tummy..I do not have ANY stretch marks at all

Don't gain weight and don't have a baby. Basically don'tgrow and that is not possible so really no way to prevent it.

stretch marks don't just come from weight gain or muscle gain, but from RAPID weight gain or muscle gain - trying to gain weight more gradually (i.e., for pregnancy) is the key
