well long enough!! ha,ha. 3 years, 8 months. but the real reason i wanted to answer this question is because of what chimpanzee had said about turning speedy in for asking lesbian questions, well all you gay and lesbians out there are we on the right forum, or community for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered people?? cause after reading what she had to say i had to double check to make sure i wasn't in the ***** community!! peace my family!!

Well, we've been together since december of '98. We had our commitment ceremony on August 17, 2002. So, tomorrow is our anniversary! Can't wait. I love her even more than I did now. It's not the same, but it shouldn't be. It has gotten deeper and wider and grows every day.

My wife and I have been together 8 and a half years. (We consider ourselves married, and we are just waiting for the government and society to catch up.)
We adopted a girl a little over 4 years ago.
These two ladies are the lights of my life, and I can't imagine ever feeling differently. They are why I do everything that I do. :-)

I'm guessing you mean romantic relationship...it's been 5 years since my husband & I met, nearly 3 since we got married...I won't say it's perfect, but the relationship is strong, trusting, and nurturing.

I just celebrated 4yrs. in April and I fell the same way I'm still soooo in love. But I don't think she feels the same.....
