if you have a windows disk you need to format and reinstall. If you don't, you will have to manually delete everything you don't want on there then run disk defrag which will move around the packets of information and will probably make recovery of your old info much harder or impossible.
Another option would be to buy Partition Magic and set up a partition just for windows and then set up another for everything else, then format the second partition to erase everything.
Good Luck

You can format all Drives except that having XP. Rest Programs you can uninstall on the Drive having OS. Also you can delete invidual folder you want to remove but it is not the way I would do.
I would prefrably format or FDISK whole HDD and partition it in the way my customer wants to buy then can Install WIN XP.

I have an idea for you. Try windows system restore
programs->assessories->system tools->system restore is last on list.
Then if you just restore it to first restore point (hopefully b4 you started to put all your programs in). Then make sure to delete all your personal files and empty recycle bin.
Cheers!

Use the recovery disks that came with your computer. They will get your computer back to the state it originally came in...

Just go in and delete all the personal files, etc. and don't mess around with the programs.
