how big is your collection, what is it and why do you collect this particular thing?

i collect quotations because some clever people have said some smart things and comedians funny things etc ok i know there a similar questions to this but don't just complain if you dont want to answer skip to the next question you do want to answer

i have 16917 quotations in my database, oh i also used to collect shaving and grooming equipment but its not a big collection couple of cut throats some early single edged wilkinson sword razors

in response to the pig collecter my sis has over 500 frogs and not a single kermit, do you have any miss piggies in your collection?

if you don't she gonna be pissed off and buying alot of frogs

I collect one-liner jokes and bumper stickers. The ones I consider funniest or clever. Trouble is I have to trawl through an awful lot I already have or don't find funny to find a new gem.
An example is:-

Time flies like the wind. Fruit flies like bananas.

Took me a minute to understand that one.
Obvious reason to collect them - they give me a laugh. I like quotations too as long as they are funny or witty. Oscar Wilde is a great source.

I collect dragons *stuffed animals, picture, statues, figurines, posters, artwork..anything w/ dragons. I have *more or less* about 150 pieces inn the collection *figurines mostly*

I've always been a fan of dragons *Oriental, Fairy Tale..whatever*
I got my 1st dragon *a Beanie Baby* about 10 years ago and I decided to collect from then on

I have two collections: Fenton Glass eggs, which I collect because they're beautiful and no two (even of the same design) are exactly alike. I estimate I have 50 or 60 of them. I also collect Boyd Glass colonial girl figures, especially the one called Elizabeth. I have about a dozen of them. I collect them because I like them, and because glass-making fascinates me.

I collect pigs because I also have 2 full grown pigs and just love them. I have about 600 pig figurines and about 200 stuffed animals of pigs. Along with other miscellaneous pig items.

i in my opinion like Harry Potter - the two video clips and books, completely prepared approximately it. And whilst i became a toddler i used to play w/ my neighbour :)) i became Hermione and he became Harry analyzing - I incredibly love analyzing :) Even tho some people evaluate that analyzing is for nerds. amassing dolls- Porcelain dolls :X i all started amassing them whilst i became like 12 or so and my aunt from Italy is often sending me 2 dolls each and each month :D enjoying song in spite of the fact that if i don't have expertise besides the undeniable fact that it relaxes me. additionally i like listening to hint Watch video clips :D And flow curler skating and long walks on the mountain :D

I am in Australia and my parents came here from Holland. I have always loved Delft Blue Pottery and have quite a few hundred pieces, all different. I keep them in cabinets so I don't have to dust them too much and always get nice comments.

Massive, well over a million - it's dog hair on the stairs and hallway carpet - I collect it because the dog decides for me....Just havn't got round to vacuuming yet!

I collect signs. They hang in a small billiard room in my house. It started as a decoration thing and turned into a hobby. Not just road signs...advertisement stuff as well.
