Depends on the amount you have ingested. Some of the symptoms of bleach poisoning are Unable to walk in a normal manner, Slurred speech, No urine output, collapse,Breathing difficulty Burning pain in the throat blurred vision Burns to the eye Rash Vomiting Abdominal pain Diarrhea (watery, bloody) Low blood pressure Stupor Coma.
If you can still swallow, have water or milk.
Go to the hospital - they will probably give you something to adsorb the poison - like activated charcoal, followed by gastric irrigation or insertion of a nasogastric tube to flush out the bleach. Antiallergic medications - in case you develop an allergic reaction to the bleach may also be needed.
in a line -- DONT GO SWALLOWING BLEACH!!

No, in water clarifiers that campers and hikers use, there is small chlorine tabs or small amounts of bleach you drip into the water to kill all the microorganisms. So, a small amount of bleach is not harmful. If you swallow too much, drink as much water as you can to delute it. I have also heard that you should drink clear soda or ginger ale, that will help you to burp out the chlorine gas.
Also, when there has been a leak from a water main in an area, the county will say to either boil your water before you drink it or add a little bleach to a gallon of water to make it safe.
So, you'll be just fine.
