iPod video?

Question

umm...
i have an iPod shuffle and i want a iPod video for my birthday and can anyone anwser these questions
1.does it only play video
2.how do u get video on to it (shuffle uses a USB port)
3.does it play movies (i think its supposed to play video clips?)
4.what does the U2 speasial version have (U2 stuff?)
5.it plays regular mp3s right?
6.i have iTunes instaled on my comp. do i have to reinstall it if i buy a new iPod?
7.were do u download videos for it

pls dont tell me that it will tell me all this when i get the instructions beacuse i want to know before i get it ( i might not get it)

1. No, it can also play mp3 files (like the Shuffle) and it can hold pictures
2.You get the videos on it with a USB cable (the iPod comes with a USB cable and you put the USB cable in the USB port)
3.It plays movies, video clips, slideshows (pics) and mp3 files.

5.Yes, just like the shuffle. But on the video you can scroll through the songs and pick what you want to listen to instead of listening to random songs. But it also has a shuffle mode where you can listen to random songs.
6. No you don't have to reinstall it.
7. Well you can use limewire (but I don't)
I use iTunes music store and google video ( http://video.google.com/ ). Google video has lots of free and funny videos and you can buy NBA games music videos and cartoons (like SpongeBob). Just download and drag it to iTunes


The video is great especially if you only had a shuffle before. I hear that they are working on a new iPod. They just got some patents for the iPod. People think that it will be a click screen which is pretty cool cause it'll allow the the screen to take up the whole iPod so the screen should be twice as big. But I wouldn't hold my breath I see so many things wrong with that (mainly the battery, if you add a touch screen then that'll cut the battery life in half, and it's already short as is. So don't hold your breath and just get the video.

When you get the iPod video, you'll get a new cord to plug into the computer which puts videos and music on your iPod

it plays anything you can put on it. you usually have to change movies to "MPG" format first, then drag it to iTunes.

Just a cool cover, and a U2 "Greatest Hits" album.

iTunes. or Limewire. you can also upload DVDs onto your itunes with something called "HandBrake." go download it.

it plays music and video, syncs with itunes (usb connection) and you can get video for it from the itunes store as well. not sure about u2. they suck anyway.
