Well first of all I am going to suggest to contact the local welfare agency. 2nd of all what made her move in with you? I can not imagine that it is so great for her either. ASAP you must realize that you would not want to put them out into the streets! Contact your local church also and see if they could help out also. Then finally I would call rental agencys and ask if they have any income based units for rent.

She should get a case worker....then they will get social services involved. Better yet help her with the kids...while she goes to look for a job. I bet she really feels alone right now. Just help her find things for the kids to do. Get them in school...most are free! Remind ur-self that they aren't staying forever....

1. is she getting child support? . 2. the state will help her get a place to live. 3. food stamps. 4.monster.com for the job part.

try housing authorities, social services, look in your local phone book unser the GOVERNMENT pages.

salvation army- apply for housing this is the best way
