I've just started playing the piano and would love to get a keyboard, but which ones are the best and are of good quality?

If you are playing the piano, then you are aware of the aftertouch innate with this acoustic instrument. Most electronic keyboards do not have this (although some are weighted to approximate this phenomenon). It's important to continue on acoustic if you want your technique to improve. If you are interested in doing some sequencing and/or exploring other timbres, then you can't go wrong with the Korg Triton (it's expensive, but you said you wanted the best). It comes with an 88 keyboard, but there are shorter versions available as well (73 or 76 key, I think).

Most new keyboards will come with keys that will light up. I buy a model depending on your age as people lose interest sometimes. It's practise that make perfection?

Good luck in what you do, you may end up in a band like I did and be on TV.

Yamah and Kawai make good keyboards. I suggest you get one with hammer graded action because it will feel more like a real piano. If you check www.musiciansfriend.com, you'll be able to see some prices and features.

I have a small (5 octave) Yamaha that I got from Best Buy, which I really like. It has several features and is relatively inexpensive.

Classical piano! I have both, classical piano has a better sound to it! BY FAR! No matter how good the keyboard is, you can never duplicate the sound of a piano!

There are some nice simple ones with big keys at the Early Learning Centre.
