I just took a physical exam and it's taking forever to get the results in. I really need to get my 2 weeks notice like today!! I know I passed background check and drug test. You think it's OK to quit my job now? I am just wondering what can the test say that will make the new company not hiring me? I am physically heathly, so the only thing I can think of is if I am dying of something (cancer?). Even then, they can;t deny me because of that, right? But if I am dying and I amquit my job, there will be no insurance!! Am I thinking too much?

You are indeed thinking too much....If you are fit to hold a current job, I assume your health should be fine for the next job, isn't it? (unless you are switching from a desk bound job to a construction site job kinda thing, then that's a different story)

You are worrying way too much. As long as do not have any serious illness that you are aware off, and you already passed your drug and background check, you should be fine.
