I adore it. What a sublime power it has to inspire, relax, and bring clarity and focus to the world. I like many different musical styles, but there's none other quite like "classical" (meant here to include Renaissance, Baroque, Classical, Romantic, etc.).
Favorite composer? Hard to name just one. Haydn, Monteverdi, Vivaldi, Mozart, Wagner....
Fortunately, I have several classical radio stations in my area, and I make a point of supporting them. Life would be so much less without beautiful music.

I think my favorite composer currently might be Antonín Leopold Dvořák; I have listened to much of his music on MIDI files. The other composer that I have been listening to frequently lately is Johannes Brahms. I have a great classical radio station in my area; it is WOSU 89.7 Classical (Columbus, Ohio).

I like classical paino music, both listening to it and playing it myself. My favorite composers are Chopin, Claude Debussy, and Cyril Scott (although Scott and Debussy aren't that old). I think almost every area has a public radio station which plays classical music sometimes. I listen to it if there's nothing I like on my preset stations in the car.

I like Chopin.
There isn't a classical station near, so if I want to hear classical music I play a CD or the piano.

I absolutely love Mozart. He has his own style that I really enjoy. But I'll have to admit I like Beethoven as well, one of my favorites is Moonlight Sonata. I play piano and I can't wait to learn that one.
My favorite way to listen to classical would have to be strings and piano together. I like to listen to christian music in those arrangements as well. It is well with my soul, and songs like that are beautiful. I have a name of a cd you would like. If I could think of the composer I would post it, I'll try to get it to you later though.

i love dvorak, chopin, and brahms. their pieces just touch my heart.
yes, there are two classical radio stations in my area. and i'm always listening to the one with less static. :)
the radio is on almost 24/7, and i only turn it off when i'm practicing.
the music helps me with my dreams too. [the radio's also on while i'm sleeping.] just at a lower volume. i used to dream about someone chasing me. now, it's about mothers singing to their child, angels...
