my 10 year old keeps complaining about headaches, does this mean she's about to start her cycle?

it could be a few things. i did start my cycle that early and headaches were bad. but also i wasn't drinking enough water. headaches come from the lower back. whether it's her period, dehydration, or her lower back, a chiropractor can help.

I think it means u need to take her to the family doctor. So they can check and make sure its not something else. Just because u might get headaches when your getting your period that doesnt mean the same is going to happen for her. It could be a number of reasons. So the best thing to do is take her to the doctor. I could be wrong but still take her to the doctor.

She may start her cycle, but don't be so sure of it. Maybe shes not getting enough of fluids. If that doesn't work take her to the doctor asap....

That's kinda young. Perhaps she's been dehydrated. Make sure she's getting plenty of fluids.

Maybe she might start? but take her to the Doctor and ge those headaches checked out............................
