Though the answers from the previous may cause similar problems. You've indicated that the fans aren't working so we can reduce it down to the power supply.

Lets make some basic things are working;

1. Make sure that the computer is plugged in

2. Make that the voltage selector on the power supply is set at the appriate settings. If the power supply has this, it will usually be located towards the actual power connect and is usually small and red.

3. Make sure that there aren't any switches on the power supply that may of accidently been switched.

4. Give it a try, If it still doesn't work it may be your power supply that is shot. The only way to verify this is to test the voltage on the power cords inside the computer for around 5 and 12 volts DC or replace the powersupply with a new one. If you do test the voltage, be aware that it can operate with voltages +/- .2 volts, but usually nothing more than that.

You have probably either lost your power supply or your processor. AMD processors fail under high heat more so than Intel chips. Try your power supply in another pc or try a known good one in yours. If your power supply works in another pc, then it's probably your processor.
