no person mentioned Greektown? They did say they have been adults human beings! some short blocks of a few great bars and eating places with a casino too whilst you're into that. (human beings flocked to Greektown long in the previous there replaced right into a casino there!) Greenfield Village and the Henry Ford Museum in interior sight Dearborn are the two completely cool. Google them to work out in case you think of you need them. in case you think of you may, then you definitely will! Comerica Park is the final saved secret as Detroit's best singles bar. great place to mingle with a crowd if there's a ballgame. numerous theaters downtown and the international classification Detroit Institute of Arts basically up the line. The Motown Museum whilst you're into that. Belle Isle or the Riverwalk section in case you desire to work out the water. Henry Ford mansion replaced into mentioned. there is the Fisher mansion and Henry Ford II's mansion on the east facet. (no longer probable in Detroit. no longer even close lol) i think of they are all open for excursions too.

Skip Detroit and go to Dearborn which is nearby. The Henry Ford Museum & Greenfield Village are world class places to visit. The complex now has a new name. I understand there is a Ford factory you can tour also. If you must be closer to Detroit, go to Windsor.

Don't believe all the negative stories about Detroit. There are many things to see and do. Be sure to check out the Henry Ford Musium, The Detroit Zoo, and Greektown. Hope you enjoy your stay.

Their is a lot just depends on what you are into.
If you can go to the Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village. It is a great place to go.
If you want to drive an hour Canterbury's Village is nice and so is Frankenmuth.
Their is also quite a few places that offer riverboat cruises.
Hope you have fun.
