Raikonnen, he really knows how to set the track on fire. Flying Finn, good description.

Same cars!? Kimi Raikkonen no doubt, everybody knows that Renault and Ferrari have excellent engines which leaves Mercedes at the back, but anyway Kimi is still among the top three even with a weak car!
p.s. Long live the “Flying Finn” tradition:
Keke Rosberg
Mika Hakkinen
Kimi Rakkonen
:)))

When taken into consideration the current team peformances and car settings, Schumi will be faster in straight line. McLaren has good handling capabilities in tight corners and the downforce and traction controls are good. I strongly feel on a twisty circuit the FLYING FINN will rule. ( I look at current F1 season)
I need to remind you one thing that fastest official speed holds for McLaren Mercedes
361.8 km/h for David Coulthard at Monza in 1999.

If you run this race 3 times there could be a different winner each time. These are far and away the 3 best drivers in F1. In a straight line it would basically come down to luck because there isn't a whole of difference in their skill levels.

Actually the fastest cars on Straight line is Toyota !

So it will be Ralf or Jarno who will win - But given your choice - it will be Ferrari - they have the fastest car on Straight line from the choices you have given.

Crap - I just saw - given the same car !.... Well the one with the lowest weight probably will have the edge over the others :). The other stuff that matters is, who releases the clutch first etc. You cannot judge a driver's skill on straight line.. Only the car performances.

Hard to say since they never race in just a straight line or in the same cars and set-ups.

That said, Alonso tends to have the best starts out of anyone. Could be the car, could be the driver. Who knows?

if they have the same car and same tyres and therefore same set up, it would bethe smallest and lightest. smallest for less aero drag from the helmet and lightest since more torque will go to push the car and less going to pushing the driver.

So it would be Massa or Heidfeld in real life. in your question it would be Kimi.

I saw Heidfeld at Indianapolis last year and the guy is tiny. I also got an autograph from Massa and he ain't no big guy either.

Kimi

He knows how to utilise the best in his car.
Moreover, as long as the car's got a punch, he'll put his foot down flat out. Great testimonial: last year's championship. And dont forget his pass on Giancarlo on the last lap of Suzuka.

Another one: all the races he went out last year, he did while he was leading. Look at the times between him and his next opponent when he went out. Kimi gets my vote!
