Can anyone tell me where i can find, the killers voice jigsaw from the movie saw, where can i do like things such as prank phone calls because i have seen people on the internet who have made fake movies relating to it how do they do it?

I am not sure what you are after, but if you have a copy of the movie, it follows you can extract the soundtrack - and manipulate it to your own devices. Here are some sources.
