I usually go to their website and check the listing of the key players (about us). If they don't have the email listed at least get their name from that page and then go to the contact us page. See how the contacts name is listed and just delete that persons name and replace it with the execs.
Of course you can try calling the company first and asking them for the executives email address, they might give it to you.

Do you have the executives name? Did you ask someone in Customer Service/Human Resources?
In a big corporation, e-mail will generally not be given out to random people and is difficult to guess on your own. Execs will usually have a different e-mail than the rest of the company (e.g. company e-mail : FirstLast@name.com exec e-mail : FirstMiddleLast@name.com). This is to avoid getting harassed by disgruntled people that they want to go through customer service.

go to the company's website. they should have a link to personnel or "contact us". the company would be the best resource for this questions as it all depends on the company.
