o ok brand new a W140 S-class my moms 1989 Mercedes Benz 300SE was $100,000 new back in 1989 and a 1998 S-class would be areound the same price they arent cheap cars they have big engines in them over a hundred computers they have really thick windows in them so when your driving it you cant even hear the tire noise...very very very quite inside, there nice inside also, around $100,000.

not sure but my 1978 450 sel 4.5l cost 30k new so im sure that 32k is way off
