Everyone is evil in their own way. Just depends on what level. Evil can be fun.

Some people like to be evil, for it merely makes them feel stronger about themselves with the oppression of others. It is an obsession with pain, and insecurity with themselves, that actually does provoke such evil.
For, someone cannot say they desire to be evil, and alter unto such a personality forthwith, without any provacation. There is a lot more to it.

The person who answered that they are called sociopaths; that they do not distinguish right from wrong, is correct. But the reason they are unable to distinguish right from wrong, is that they lack empathy. Empathy is what makes you feel badly when you hurt someone. If I were to define evil, I would describe it as a total lack of empathy.
