If you are the one paying support on the kids you are legally entitled to a copy of each medical visit report. Check with the doctor's office and see. If they give you a hard time contact your lawyer. His fees will be a lot lower than all of those medical bills.
Check and see what is being done to each child and why. That is outrageous for healthy children unless there is something she isn't telling you. You have every right to know.

There is something wrong with her if she runs up that high of medical bills on two healthy children. Does she always think they are sick if they hiccup or breath or something? All my chiropractor bills don't add up to that in 5 years. I have 4 children and I haven't spent that much on medical bills except when I had each one at the hospital. Could she be in a racket with some medical person to give you a bill and really be collecting the money for herself? Good luck.

social services cant help you there. if the kids are healthy, then they can't do anything. the best thing to do would be to contact the court that presided over the divorce and bring this new evidence with you. at the very least, you might be able to get the judge to let you off on the insurance charges and medical bills by proving that there was no prior history of health problems, and that she is spending frivolously out of spite. its not a pleasant situation, but i hope my advice helps. good luck.

well in order to have perfectly healthy kids they must see all types of doctors. there are pediatricians, eye doctors, dentist, athlete doctors an so on, so instead of bitching on the high medical bills you should be thankfull that she is taking good care of your kids.

Maybe she has munchausen syndrome.
Have you got a copy of all the mediacl bills to see what she was taking them to the Dr. for?

You could probably press charges against her if you can prove fraud, it sounds like she is defrauding the health insurance company.

I agree with bree30 on this one... sounds like it could be Munchausen syndrome by proxy. Look it up on webMD.com and see if that sounds like her at all.

i would make her give me really good reason to why she took them to the doctors if it was no good reason she would be pay for it out her pockets!
