I got plenty of sleep, I haven't been crying, nobody around me smokes, and I'm only 20 years old. This is really freaking me out, because I don't look like myself at all. Is there any way I can make them go away?

you could have eaten something with a really high sodium content or MSG, like in Chinese food.
That makes you retain water, and voila the puffy eyes! Which can also be made worse if you are a stomach sleeper!! Put some cold tea bags on your eyes or cold cucumber slices and sit for them for about 10 mins, should help.

Try this! I swear by it! Preparation H! It is a cream that is normally used to shrink hemorroids, my fashion model friend told me about this, and it works. Don't get it in your eye, dab a fingertip amount under your eyes, from nose to temple. As far as why you would be puffy...alcohol, salt, processed foods, allergies, and other possibilities may warrant a doctor visit, if this symtom persists.

Avoid salt and drink at least half of your weight in ounces of water every single day. Not only will you bags disappear, but you will see a big improvement in the overall look of your skin. Plus you'll have more energy.

The puffiness is generally caused by you sleeping on your stomach. That should go away after being up for a while.

What do you consider enough sleep? You should get at least 7 hours per night. Do you do drugs?

Sometimes if you run your finger along that spot it can make bags, I know because one of my friends told me to do that as a prank.
