he will have to do anywhere from 4 to 5 yrs more to do,hes done 3 now,well thats in jail and in prison.how do i get over the lonliness and a company of a man?

one thing don't think of your husband as being in prison/jail. Think of him as being on a really long business trip. Setting your mind to think of a different situation settles the negative thought. There are phone calls, visit and maybe where he is at conjugal visits. Don't think of the loneliness that will only bring you down...think of the love and spaces in between.

wow, thats a lot of time. I guess the best way to cope with being separated from your significant other is communication. Keep the lines open whether is writing, talking on the phone or a visit to the prison. As far as getting over the lonliness and company of being with a man, well you won't. I don't think you will ever get over this, its just something that you are going to have to deal with.
Honestly, I've had a situation quite similar to this happen to someone close to me, surprising as it may seem guys behind bars don't honestly expect their women to be faithful if they have alot of time to do, really think about it. If a man is doing 25 to life how can he expect you to forget about your needs. He will understand that he can't do anything for you while he is locked away.
Just be honest with him at all times no matter what, he will respect you and your relationship.

a day at a time, just like he is. what a wonderful opportunity for you to do some self discovery and exploration. learn about yourself - who you are, what you want out of life, what is important, what makes you happy. this is your chance to find out what flavor jelly YOU like - you know what i mean?
