Eat less fatty food. Like skimmer milk, low fat cheese like feta or mozzarella, replace the sweets with fruits.

But believe me all about fatty food and fatty snack with high calories. Lets take an example an apple could have 60-80 calories and you know apple have little sugar and other vitamins plus fibers make you feel full for long time.
In the other hand a snackbat or twix could have 270 calories and they are full of oil and sugar and less vitamin. You need to get used to eat fruits and stop that unhealthy junk food. I tried it my self and it worked but you might be able to loss 2 kilo in a week if you keep it thus you need a month and you will be okay.

Trust me, there is no easy way! But I've been 15-25lbs. overweight my whole life, and here's what has worked best and fastest for me:
Drink nothing but water (tons of it, all day long)
If you must snack between meals, have meat or cheese
No sweets!
Try to fit in a fast-paced 20-30 min. walk every day
I've always seen fast results by doing these things
Oh yeah, eat regular meals, but STOP as soon as you start to feel full!

Sorry to say that there is no easy way to lose 15 lbs. Just watch what you eat and the portions and lay off of sugars and sodas.
