What would we achieve. Complete destruction on both sides. It's possible Pakistan may be tempted to use nukes and then India would retaliate in kind. Right now America is working closely with Pak to fix their Al Quaida whereas India is dealing their AlQuaida on their own. With America's close pressure, Pak would not try confronting India right now directly. Islamic terrorists are good at waging Gureilla war like Hizbollah, Hamas, etc. And so they would continue bleeding India through Kashmiri terrorists thinking some day India would give up.
But they do not know that Indian politicians are so divided and unpatriotic that their blood would never boil and they would continue taking their bloodbath for years to come showing a lot of patience and restrain. The simple reason is majority Hindus never get charged up and get really agitated and violent likke Muslims do. So this is gonna continue for a whole century just like that.

WAR!!!! you are the worst kind of FOOL jeez just take a look around you and see what war is doing to the peoples of the world. in just the last few weeks / months and years the carnage brought to Lebanon /Isreal/Iraq/Iran/Sudan/ and other places should be enough to turn you against war forever.
You mention India why is this? do you have sort of animosity towards the place.. In reality it would be really bad to have another war in the region, both Pakistan and India are nuclear powers in their own right and either provoked enough might be inclined to use their bombs.. then no more india and no more pakistan.. just smoldering rubble.
