About a week without water
App. 3 weeks without food
Consciousness may be lost before then though.
And alot of people are saying 3 because they heard of the 3-3-3 rule, Death=3 min w/o breathing, 3 days w/o water, 3 days w/o food. That's not true, your metabolism would slow dramatically but you can go a week or more without food or water. The climate your in is also a factor in survival.

The size, metabolic rate, and the conditions of the human or the human's environment really doesn't matter when it comes to survival without the ingestion of water. 3 to 4 days without this nutrient and you are dead! Food is another matter, but water is vital to survival!

I've gone 10 days without food or water, but at the time my metabolism was really slow because I was anorexic.
