does any1 has a idea how to change windows startup menu's start button...?

i want to change my widows startup button.like i want to write my name nitin instead of start....if u have any idea how to change using windows programing or using somthing else please tell me?

or u if u can suggest me any software that can do it please tell me and tell me where can i get it...

Go into control panel and click on user account and it will show you how to change what ever you want.
