I mean really. Do any of you have real lives? Must you live your life through the eyes of some character? This is what is wrong with the youth these days they are too busy playing games and won't go outside and exercise. That is why 90% of all gamers are obese. I used to have a life, then I got married. She lets me play games so that makes me happy. As for the showering.. well, I can usually squeeze a shower in during a load screen.

I enjoy dabbling in my wicked ways! The fact that you state a random percentage just shows that you put little thought into your arguement. 90%? I doubt that, plus you forget that the U.S. of A. is considered to be one of the most obese countries in the world because we have an excess of junk food and a surplus of money available. Don't take showers? Well I would like to point out to you that in doing so anyone is saving the environment from using precious water resources that support the outdoors that you so love. Have you ever thought that some people are shy? or might even have medical conditions that will not allow them to go out and excerise? What do you want them to do? Go outside and watch others do things that they could have no hope of doing? I doubt that you think of these people. Another thing that you have overlooked is that with the increase in technology the whole world is going soft, it is hardly possible that in another 100 yeras or so you will find a multitude of people who will be able to even excerise very much, not mentioning the increasing amount of pollution that forces warnings for people to remain indoors. So before you belittle your fellow men and women remember that there are other reasons that your simple mind has glazed over in your ignorant stupor.

Doesn't the question creator have a life? Does he feel so insignificant that he must come online and insult people to make himself feel like a big man? Or does he actually belive what he is saying? You think all gamers are losers? Lets compare. While you do have a point that many gamers are lazy idiots who won't do anything with there life, there are exception. Me for example. I'm in ninth grade. I run cross country and track, I have been to the International Science Fair, and shower twice a day. Please do not fill this site with crap, there by degrading it's usefulness to people who have legitimate questions.

I think if you are an adult (you may be in years but certainly not in intellect) you have a responsability to be a roll model ,your attitude to people is appalling and instead of passing the buck on to other people for making what you percieve is an awful world please have a good look at yourself,please look at the wording you have used in your question.The wording you are using is insulting and degrading.... but not to the people you are writing about..... but it is insulting and degrading to you as a person.You obviously have an extremely poor lifestyle with lots of flaws because all you want to do is insult people who have a different lifestyle to yours.I am a 57 year old gamer and proud of it I have run my own business for 32 years, gaming takes me away from the stress of business ,most gaming requires a high degree of intelligence...Just because you dont seem to have the intellect to become a gamer does not mean that gamers are wrong.

First of all, that is extremely rude and insulting to make such generalized comments based on a modern day stereotype. I am a gamer and I am not even considered over weight. I shower regularly and can't stand sitting on the couch all day. I play DDR, which is more of a sport than golf. Another thing that is wrong of you to say is that video games are whats wrong with kids these days. With so many things wrong in society, such as poor health care, poor education system, images on TV of older generations over seas policing what they should not be touching and dying for it, etc. There are a lot worse things out there for kids to be exposed to than gaming. Depriving a child from a game is probably more harmful to their development than letting them play in moderation. I feel sorry for you to have such a narrow and ignorant view on this generation. God help you take your head out of your *** and see the world for what it truly is. Have a Nice Day

Not that I am necessarily defending people who waste a good portion of their lives in front of a TV or computer screen (in fact I agree to a large extent that this is becoming a problem)...but I have to wonder about you yourself, if you have nothing better to do than waste your time coming here to complain about it.
I can guarantee that it's falling on deaf ears...the majority of them are kids and they don't care about your opinion, or anyone else's for that matter.
Plus, I'm thinking that playing a video game is probably more of a "life" than, for instance, having nothing better to do than ripping on Asian people's inability to spell, etc., as I noticed from one of your other questions. Hypocritical much?
