Hunny, everything began with Power of The Mind. For those of you who have not heard of Napoleon Hill he was one of the early teachers of the power of the mind. The basic principle is that whatever your mind can imagine it can create. How does it do this? What your mind thinks, sees, believes, feels is all sent to your subconscious mind power. it's great partner. Your Subconscious then works with the universe and creates your reality based on the messages that began in your mind. But its not enough to simply imagine it and then hope it happens. That's not the way it works. If you can imagine it you can achieve it but you need to know how to use the power of your mind. Your mind can create wonderful things for you if you know how to use it and how to send the right messages to your subconscious. Most people don't know how to do this. Instead, you go through life never really using the power of your mind.
Did you know that doctors now firmly believe that 75% of all sickness and disease start in the mind? 75-Percent! That's a very large amount. That means that 75% of all the people who are sick today -- are only sick because they did not know how to use their mind. Doctors will even tell you that most sickness and disease are caused by stress. This is another event that starts in the mind. Scientists have long said that we only use 10% of our mind. 10-percent that's it. Think of going through life only spending 10-percent of your salary? Could you do it? No! Yet you go through life only using 10% of your mind. That 10-percent is creating 75% of all sickness because we don't even know how to use it properly. Now imagine if you just used 10% of our mind correctly? What would happen? What would happen if we learned to use 90% of our mind correctly? The results would be astounding! Your mind is an incredible power but no one ever taught you how to use this power. Throughout your entire life you've been taught how to do everything but no one ever taught you how to use your mind. Creating Power teaches you how to use your the power of your mind. I'm not saying that if you work with the Creating Power System you'll start using all of your mind correctly. But I do know that you'll begin using the power of your mind to its full potential and that is enough to create the change you want. Would you drive a car if you didn't know how to drive? No. You would have someone teach you. Why then would you try to use the power of your mind when you don't know how? Yet you do it everyday and you get the results that you don't want. If you want to change your life. If you want to use your mind correctly and utilize all its power then you need the Creating Power System. And it's completely Guaranteed!
Just Remember Creating Power Gives You The Power.
YOU CAN DO IT!!! Because I did it and... is a wonderful feeling to be free of worries.

I tried stress once, I found that it did not agree with me, it gave me a small stomach ulcer, no big deal, easily treatable and was gone pretty sharpish.
It was brought about by taking on more responsibility than i could handle at work, and me being me, I took it personally, y`know, thought i was letting people down etc.
However, I was big enough to say `hell, this is not for me` and went back to my old position in the firm, less pay, but, that is when you find out what REALLY is important, Quality of life.
I do not do stress now, and, I am now a Police Officer, front-line one too, you would think that if there is one stressful job in the world it is my job, and it is... if you allow it to be, dont. People say to me, `how come you dont get stressed John`? well, i say, tried it, didn``t like it`, sure, its easy to say, but remeber, whatever you do in life, LIFE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT, you only get one stab at it! think about yourself FIRST, it is not a selfish thing, you can still be one of lifes good-guys, but do not WORRY about anything. I have a saying to anyone who thinks they are hard done by..... Watch the Six O` Clock News... when its finished, tell me then that you are unlucky in life.. truth is, we just dont know just how lucky we are, look at you my freind... you have a computor, which i assume has a roof over it, i bet you have a fridge from which you have taken a snack, made yourself a coffee to have with it? yeah, we are lucky arnt we?

I don't really get the question
but, How do I personally get over stress? I'll go running, scream into my pillow, punch walls...would I SUGGEST that as something for you to do to get over stress, no. I don't know though-- maybe you could talk it out with someone, or write whatever you're feeling down.
If what you meant was how do you get over the stress of 'death', well, just know that it's inevitable, every single person will go through it, so try to live life in the present.

For me, I put into perspective. I'll die, but I can't do anything about it. Stressing over something that will happen someday seems.. a waste of my life. I focus on enjoying now... appreciating things that are around here, the people, the learning, the fun.
It takes practice, but I refuse to live my life being afraid of this or that. The media and government seems to focus on wanting me afraid, but I refuse.
Go and watch a sunset and appreciate it. Enjoy every minute - each one is a memory you can savor forever.
(sorry, that's a bit on the sappy side)

try kistening to some tunes might help it does me but not everybody is able to relax but i find that a bubble bath tunes with candles and a sign on door saying do not disturb for 1 hour and even talk to someone like a friend, a loved one to let them know what is troubling you and praying for guidance from above from god he is always listening and smile

bcauz all the tensions and ditrubance surround you from all eight sides and thats y we :) get in stress in this condition we should face small problems then a big one ok !
