Should Israel attack Germany to avenge the Holocaust?

OF COURSE NOT!...it was 2 generations ago and few Germans alive today were even around back then!

However, the logic I hear from Palestinians is that the terrorism of Irgun, etc back in the 1940s somehow legitimizes Palestinian use of terrorism today. Why do Palestinians hold today's Israelis responsible for acts of their grandparents when Jews don't hold today's Germans responsible for the atrocities of WWII?

Note: I don't mean to diminish other perceived wrongs the Pals might feel...but this argument about the moral equivalency of Jewish terror committed in the 1940s and Palestinian terror right now sounds like a load of BS.

People will stretch logic beyond it's natural limits in an attempt to justify irrational actions or unexplainable emotions. The Palestinians are angry, and don't know why, but feel they need a reason. That's the best they could come up with, but it's really no different than any other feud. Generations go by, and people learn from the anger of their parents first.

Didn't the Jews receive an entire country from the UN after the Holocaust. I think that goes some way towards making reparations.
The Palestinians were punished instead of the Germans. They had their land seized and given to Israel.

The Israelis say they must protect their homeland as they cannot rely on the support of the international community as proven by the holocaust when the nazis killed so many whilst the World stood by (eg. America who came into the war so late and must have had intelligence on what Hitler was doing).

However, people are now accusing Israel of doing the same things to the Palestinians ie. trying to kill them all.

Personally I think it would be quite a good idea for Israel to attack Germany, look at how rich the Germans have become and at least it would be a fair fight (except Germany doesn't have a proper army).

Your question defies generally accepted logic.
Nobody should dwelve in the past to justfy actions of today generally,
But owing to the holocaust the Jews faced, they should not now either control the opinion of the world or enforce thiers upon everybodyelse branding anyone who speaks against them as Antisemetic and that too with the fervour of war.
If you read the Bible you will understand that they are and have always been chronic trouble makers and have always worked against peace.
Even today its the only country whose borders arent defined, nor is thier hatred contained.and they quote thier scriptures to justfy their actions.

They should attack Germany and leave the middle east. But i bet Germany is so boring, the Israelis would be so bored too. who would they fight with, the Swiss.
