Oh, this is such a funny question. Ive never seen anything like this before. Its so fresh and original. I dont know what im going to do with myself.
Youve taken something like war and totally desensitized it, its so hillarious. Obviously its this simple, why arent you president? or world ruler for that matter? I mean, why hasnt anyone thought of this before? We should give you the nobel prize. We should commend you in ceremonies and make tv shows praising your brilliance. Youre a regular modern strategic genius.
Sit tight while i get the UN, surgeon general, bush, various generals and another other applicable position that holds any sort of authority. I think youve got something!

If you think it's okay to simply exterminate people, what's the difference between you and the guy wearing a black hood and carrying an AK-47? Better answer fast before you're exterminated.

Since YOU are supposedly bent on exterminating ME, I suppose it would be in my best interest to act first, right?
The other option to extermination is to provide you with reasons to quit wearing the black hood and AK-47, things like a decent job, a secure place to live, hope for a future, things like that. Unfortunately YOU have to be willing to participate in that. If I give you an opportunity and you don't take it, what are MY alternatives?
The people you are describing seem to me to be in it for the fight, for "revenge" of something that, if it actually happened happened decades ago. There is no logic to what they're doing and there are no real objectives they want met. For them the answer is in the old proverb: those who live by the sword are destined to die by it.

If you have a desire to wear a black hood and carry an AK-47, you should be in a place where they make little baskets, and wear those jackets with the real long sleeves.

wearing a black hood is one thing but carring an AK-47 is a whole different story. unless your in the army or there is a war, why would you carry an AK around?

Well, I guess that if you're wearing a black hood (or any other color, for that matter) and carrying an AK-47 through, say, downtown Chicago, then the question wouldn't be "SHOULD" we, but "HOW FAST?"!!

Given that its the civilised world that messed up the rest of the world and sold them more AK 47s than anyone else then no. However I'm sure that the civilised world will do and is taking you up on your civilised suggestion.

wearing that hood and carrying the AK you should be shot on sight - loose the hood and you might get a chance to tallk your way out of it - not
