Wait a bit longer it should arrive soon,but if you do want to contact them don't bother trying to phone them i waited over 30 minutes and i was left on hold on a premium rate line! Did you know that the DVLA makes £3 million profit out of it ,so i would do it by post its easier and cheaper!

When I gave in my mates before for change of address I gave it to the visitors reception area lunch time Weds and he had it back Fri morn in the post.

Some are back within the week, others can take 4 weeks.

If not back in 4 weeks, contact them.

Sometimes it takes a while, but if you think they've lost it, then the best thing to do would be to email them or phone them, and check whats happened to it.
