What has renal failure got to do with sexual union ? Yes, a man with renaL can be father. ( it is woman who produce !!). It is like asking can a blind man have children.? Renal in pertianing to Kidney.which does not play any part in reproduction.

As long as a man can ejaculate and his sperm are normal, he can father a child. Renal failure does not affect sperm production, so there shouldn't be a problem.

Renal FAILURE means that the kidneys have SHUT DOWN!!!! I doubt that a man in accute kidney failure would be up to procreating - having sex.....he'd need to be recieving hemodialysis. CONSISTENTLY. Please, consult a physician. Be well.
