I've heard the mouth too.
With me it's probably my feet. I run around bare foot all day during the summer in my house.
Or are you asking about nasty people who have no personal hygiene? With them, it would be hard to tell!

It is under your finger nails , you scratch your skin and all that bacteria that lands on your skin gets under there and when most people wash there hands they neglect scrapping under nails then water gets under there and provides wetness for more germs and bacteria to grow.

I would say unwashed hands, you pick up so many germs when you touch things.
