Am I right to say tt your ex classmate is the third party between you and your husband? Since you already know tt it is weird to carry on this relationship, why you don't make a clean break with your exclassmate. Can you imagine one day your husband found out this relationship what will he do? I think you know the answer better than me.
Personally I feel tt you must have a clean break off from your ex classmate coz the longer you drag the more diffcult is to solve this problem. I know tt it is not an easy thing to do but you have to face it .So try your best to solve this problem

since you're married stay with only one and thats your hubby.
clean the slate and clear your present marriage if you want to be with him if not leave him.
cant decide? continued with him and see how it develops. not a wise idea but give it a try to satify your curiousity but at a risk of hubby knowing it and developing more emotional problems.
whatever you do, be prepared for the worst for nothing good might turn out.
