It would be interesting to see how they think the world is:
Europe would still be a colonial power in Africa.
Korea would still be Japanese.
France might still be on its Third Republic.
The League of Nations would be still meeting in Geneva.
The United States would not be as dominant as they might be otherwise. Same with the Soviet Union.
Space exploration would likely still be fiction. So would atomic power.
Winston Churchill would be a footnote.
The 1942 World Cup would have been interesting.
I can't think of a name for such a person other than a refugee from an alternate universe. Either that or a nitwit.

There are 'white supremacists' who believe the Holocaust did not happend. (Groups like the KKK, I imagine) I have not heard of them not believing that World War 2 happened, though.

i think you're looking for "idiot."
the technical term is holocaust denier (i think). i've never heard of someone doubting that WWII occurred though.
according to wikipedia, they prefer holocaust revisionist. but i wouldn't give them the satisfaction of using that term.

No point in arguing with them. Their minds are committed. And it's "denyer".
