Was this what your doctor diagnosed you with? Are you seeing a Reproductive Endocrinologist? If not, I would recommend that you see an RE. Do you have irregular menstrual cycles. I do and all docs I've seen haven't figured out why but I think it is a combo of stress, exercise, and low calorie diet.
If you need a way to relax, try Anji meditation CDs. They are designed for infertility and have special tracks depending on where you are in your cycle.
Typical tests for infertility are cycle day 3 blood work (LH, FSH, estrogen) and a 7 days past ovulation progesterone check. You may also need an ultrasound. Before you do treatments, they will probably do an HSG which checks to make sure your tubes are open.

If you have infertility due to stress, that suggests that hormones are out of balance, in particular your body is producing too much estrogen and not enough progesterone. This can be corrected through the use of creams containing natural progesterone. You do not need to take drugs or synthetic hormones to restore the balance. If you go to a natural health practitioner they can test your saliva to measure your hormone levels and tell you what you need to regain balance.
