Saw one in seventeen and it was so cute so I looked for one around my local stores and mall and I couldn't find it, it’s not really a dress it's more like a really long sweater

Target has a black and white striped thin tunic sweater in the store where I live for around $20-$25. I thought it was cute, but not my taste.

They have stuff like this at Forever 21. I also saw this at NY & Co. and, surprisingly, at Ross.
