Then it says; You are infected by Spyware! Your personal infermation can de stolen. Then there is a download scanner and remover. If you click that then it wants me to buy the software, named; PSBILL. I can't get it of my computer and it always opens with this page. What can I do

download spybot from download.com and run it, sure it will solve your problem.

Download Windows Defender, Ad-aware, spybot.. all for free

Do not download that software, and definately don't buy it! Use the following tools to get rid of what you have:
