ask her to hang out or something.. or do something together.. so when you two are alone.. tell her that you really like her and than ask her out.. it is always better to do this in person.. so anyway you can think of.. just make sure it's in person

Strike up a casual conversation with her, ask what sorts of things she likes to do, and if there's anything you have in common, suggest one of those things. Set a definite day and time so there isn't any confusion, say when you'll pick her up, and be on time. There's nothing worse than not knowing details.

Invite her to have dinner or coffee sometime. Nothing special, that way she gets a chance to get to know you.
