for example, one country that is very conservative about sex is usa. so who is at the opposite end? which country is most liberal about sex. i am almost certain it is a european country. i just dont know which one.

Sweden would be my answer... and Scandinavia in general. Folks talk, write about and discuss sex here in a very free way, especially when it concerns women, since these countries are among the most feminist (in the good sense of the word) in the world. Also, religion here plays nothing but a marginal role, so it does not restrict sexual expression.
It does go into overdrive sometimes, though, like that time some college student showed small children pornographic material in what they called an "experiment"

Anything that will keep their minds off their rights being stripped away. Honestly, it wasn't until the 1800s that people were required to be a certain age to consent or get married. People were being married at 13-15. It's social mores created for economic productive reasons more than anything else.

That depends on what you mean by "liberal about sex."

If you mean what country has the most easily bedded women then its actually the United States amongst the countries of the developed world.

There may be more skin on display in TV ads or at the beach in Europe but that does not translate into liberal sexual attitudes.

The same girl who goes topless on the French Riviera will also expect you to meet her parents before you get into a serious physical relationship.

In the United States, on the other hand, surveys indicate that the age of first sexual contact has fallen to 14 years old in the United States.

based on the HBO Real Sex Series, the most outlandish episodes seem to be from Sweden or one of the other Nordic countries. Holland seems to be the most liberal of all.

The Netherlands I think... They were one of the first country to authorize porn and and prostitution. They are also (generally speaking)very open minded towards different forms of sexuality such as homosexuality or even bestiality. I wouldnt say that the US is conservative at all. Everytime you turn on the TV you see some hot chick in her underwear. Now conservative would be Saudi Arabia where if a woman is seen in anything but her full robe she would get stoned (like throwing rocks not snorting them).
Most liberal about them are hispanic countries. I would know, I'm a cuban american in miami. I know people who dont speak spanish but watch the spanish network because of what the girls are wearing or lack thereof.
