i agree. i thought heather was really annoying but she is a better cook that virginia so i think she deserved it.

I did not want Heather to win either. She seriously got on my nerves...
However, I don't think Ramsay had much of a choice. If he had chosen Virginia it would have seemed like validation of Keith's comment. Also, even though Virginia has a good palate, she doesn't have anything else. Heather has everything else... and she can always hire someone with a palate.

I wanted Heather to win. Virginia just isn't ready to run an entire restaurant. She could just barely run the vegetable station without throwing everyone off course. While she does have an amazing palate, that doesn't a great restaurantur make.

I agree! I liked Heather okay and all, but I just liked Virginia more - and I thought she was pretty capable overall.

Actually, it's kinda funny. I remember watching the premiere episode for this season and I wanted Heather to win right from the start. I was very happy to see that she did. =)

i wanted heather to win, she was so much more talented than virginia, and she had better leadership qualities.

Heather was my favorite (and the fave of my co-workers hanging around in the mail room) from episode 1. Granted, she could be annoying, but she was strong, hard working and a real candidate from the beginning.
I think she deserved it!
