If you have Limewire and Itunes, get the song you want from your limewire (make sure itunes is opened) and drag the song from limewire to the itunes music library. I have done it before so it should work.

Once you download the songs they are put into a folder. To find this folder open Limewire go to Tools then go to Options which is the first thing on the Tools menu. Then in Options there is a bunch of different menus. Go to the first one, Saving. There are two boxes that show up the first one says Save directory. This is where your music is saved, its different in everyones computers. Now that you know that folder close out Limewire and open iTunes. Go to File and go down to Add File to Library or you can hit ctrl-O. Find the folder where your songs are(the one you found before) and then double click the songs that you want and they appear in iTunes. Then you can put them onto your ipod just like the rest of your music just dont delete them from limewire because then iTunes wont see it and wont be able to find it.

you can't. ipod was designed to only take itunes. However, I do have a friend who managed to get her songs onto ipod. She had to change some settings on her ipod to make it more like a hard drive rather than a mp3 player. I don't know how she did it because I don't have an ipod or know much about it. you should be able to search most technical sites for the answer.
