Because those are your children as well!!
Regardless of what happens between the parents the children should still be taken care of financially.
Its your job to remain in your children's life after a divorce and its also your job to provide for them financially as well-- The same will happen if you chose to leave ur wife and take the children with you... You will (or should) take her to child support

That's just the way it is buddy - you'll be stuck paying support until they reach the age of 18 years old . The judgement is usually on the ladies side , and this last until they reach that age or she can also make a petition to stop the payments - but this will probably never happen .

Depends on the custody agreement..if she gets sole custody you will pay, if there is joint custody and she is named domicilary parent, then you will pay. Only way you won't pay is you sign away your paternal rights or you are awarded sole custody or domicillary parent. Then the wife will pay you. The judge won't care who wanted the divorce--his job will be to ensure the well being of the minor children involved...

You would need to pay because the chilldren are yours. If your wife has a job, some states now take her income into consideration also, and if she makes more money than you after cost of living expenses and such then you may pay a reduced amount. You could also pay a bigger amount.

Don't matter who wants to divorce who.. what matters is that the person without the kids still has to help pay for the kids. And I thought you only had 2 kids?
